LED spot-type coaxial lighting
This is a spot lighting system using high-brightness LEDs. When incorporated into a coaxial lighting unit, it can illuminate along the same optical axis as the camera.
LED surface-emitting coaxial lighting
This is lighting from the same direction as the camera axis. The uniform illumination from the LED arranged in a planar manner is reflected from the half mirror, resulting in illumination coming from the same axial direction as the camera. It is suitable for inspecting mirror-like materials such as metals.
